By accessing this website and engaging the video production services of Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or contracting for production work except as may be separately agreed in writing.
Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. agrees to provide professional video production services, which may include pre-production planning, filming, editing, color grading, sound mixing, graphics, and delivery of masters in agreed formats. Schedules, review rounds, and specific deliverables will be outlined in an estimate, Statement of Work (SOW), or services agreement. Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. makes reasonable efforts to meet proposed timelines; delays caused by weather, location access, third-party approvals, or late client feedback may affect delivery dates.
Clients engaging Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. are subject to the payment terms in their signed quote or contract. Deposits, milestone invoices, and final balances are due as specified. Licensed stock assets, music, talent, or venue fees may be billed as pass-through costs unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in pausing work or withholding final deliverables until accounts are current.
Upon full payment for services as contractually defined, clients receive the usage rights for final delivered masters as stated in the agreement (for example, web, internal, or paid media). Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary workflows. Raw footage and project files may be retained or delivered per contract; additional licensing or buyout terms may apply.
Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes loss of business opportunity, delays outside our reasonable control, or issues arising from client-provided materials or third-party platforms used for hosting or distribution.
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the notice and cancellation terms in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, Three Ring Video Productions, L.L.C. will invoice for work completed and expenses incurred through the termination date, subject to the contract.
